"The staff have an excellent customer service. The hotel is very close to everything like 3-5mins walk to Kumagaya Station and the malls are also next to each other. There is even a Wagyu Place just next to the hotel. I will definitely book again in the near future. I have so much positive things to say but ill stop right here 😁"

"We stayed there during New Year’s eve. It was so pleasant and clean! The complementary breakfast was great. If you have a car, you can drive around many places such as Nikko, Sano premium outlets. Recommended if you are looking for a cost effective and joyful stay! "

"The room was clean and recently renovated, the air conditioning can only do heating in winter and cooling in summer. So if its a hot day in winter you have no air conditioning.
