"It’s an ok place to stay for a night. Not a great place and not a particularly good deal for the money. The owner and staff were nice, but the impression was that the town and place are still struggling to survive after the pandemic. There are probably better options in Puerto Varas. "
"The situation of the hotel, near the main square of Osorno, is OK. A parking lot is provided. But the room war rather narrow and dark. Breakfast was OK.
The staff was not particularly friendly. What shocked me, was that they wanted to charge me an amount in pesos at a fantasy rate above the effective rate."
"Nice gentleman....but has wrong phone number on gate...needs an extra 9 at the start.....6km out of town..
Wifi password works, but for Cabin 5...not 4.
V cold...needed my sleeping bag.
What you pay is what you get."
