The receptionist that welcomed us was a very distinguished gentleman who answered all our questions and was friendly. Our room was full of color and welcoming. The bathroom is very clean and spotless. In the morning I took pictures of our place throughout the inside. The shade in the bedroom didn’t work and thus made it difficult to open the window, but I was able to make it work. (...

"Super friendly staff. The, what looked like, mold in bathroom was a less welcome surprise. The property appears to have multipurpose facilities with ´lots of folks going in and out of the property. It's fine for the night but not recommended for a light sleeper as it is within the approach zone of the nearby Bergamo airport"

"The property was fantastic. The staff were fantastic. Working really hard and provided a great stay at basically the only place open on the mountain. But it didn't feel like anything was lacking.
