"Excellent"

"The staff was very helpful. It was a stormy afternoon when we arrived. The hotel is right by the Shirahama beach( 2 minutes’ walk). Our room was on the top floor with ocean view, and we could see the sunrise and watch the surfers catching the waves. There is a 7-Eleven and Family Mart nearby. The room was very spacious. If you booked a Japanese-style room, you have to make your futon bed yourself. The futon was very comfortable !!! I didn’t get a chance to use the onsen as I have a tattoo, but...

"Good hotel , great location"

"This place was a great relaxing getaway! The location was great overlooking Atami & the ocean. I would highly recommend booking a private onsen. My wife & I enjoyed that thoroughly. Dinner & breakfast were great as well. Thanks again to the Relax Resort team!"

"For foreign travelers , please make sure to check if the room includes a toilet or not. Also make sure to have cash for the vending machines because the ones inside work with Japan cards only it seems"

"Well kept Japanese ryokan near the ocean. Delicious kaiseki dinner. Four private onsen on the upper floor. Also onsen in the room."
