From desk clerk Jasmine, who made sure we understood all the perks we were eligible for to restaurant waiters Kathi and Lori, who treated us as if we were family members (they even spent several minutes finding the TV program we wanted to watch!), we were overwhelmed by the hospitality of this friendly, outstanding hotel! I asked to cancel my second night stay and get a refund due to the fact that this noise issue is not disclosed in the posting. The management company, Evolve, has been extremely dismissive and will only give me a refund worth 1/4 of the daily total, even though I gave notice, asked for a refund, and...
