"A delightful and eclectic decor and four resident case acting as social directors. Unfortunately in this very small town their restaurant is closed for dinner on weekend and the other hotel restaurants in town were limited in capacity to their own guests. The closure was due to staffing difficulties so I hate to point this out, but we ended up getting burgers at a local snack shop--and they were so busy it was an hour wait to pick up our order! "Excellent small hotel right in the middle of the charming town of Sarlat. Literally two dozen restaurants, many of them excellent, within a 10-minute walk. Friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend. Two things to note, without detracting from the above: street parking is metered during the day, and the optional parking garage spot (5-minute walk) must be reserved in advance and costs extra; and there is no laundry service (there's a laundromat not very far)."
