"Para empezar...soy platinum member de expedia desde hace mas de 10 años... No visiten este hotel! No sirve el telefono No sirve el clima.estamos a 38 grados.. No me cambiaron de cuarto. El " gerente" vino a checar el clima y segun ya estaba trabajando... Una toalla nada mas. Y una botellita de agua... Orizaba tiene muchas otras opciones...lamento que este hotel este tan mal...."

"Price charged was different when checking in. Room was completely different had only 1 window in the hallway that you could not leave open for safety. The room has a ceiling fan but you could hardly feel any breeze. Sheets are winter sheets very uncomfortable and hot. Room was very hot. No hot water. Would not stay here again."
