"This hotel was right in the main square, which was nice, and it was the only one of 5 that we stayed in on this trip that included breakfast, which was very nice, but the room felt dated. I mean, the town IS from the 13th century, so gees, what can I expect, but I expected the room to be a little nicer. I have a feeling we got a lesser room because we booked through Expedia, because I saw a few other rooms in my brother's travel group who booked directly with the hotel and theirs were much...
"Great Family run hotel with friendly staff.
Perfectly located to explore Tuscany.. we visited Sienna, Certaldo, Volterra, Sam Gimignano and Livorno on the coast.
There is a walkable (5mins) winery called Il Colombaio which I would highly recommended.
The breakfast buffet was fabulous."
"Martina was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel facilities and breakfast were amazing. The property is located just a few minutes from the town of San Gimignano, making it a perfect base for exploring the area."
"Simple old school charm in great location. Definitely try to get the rooms with the terrace as the views are all you can ask for Under the Tuscan Sun. Staff was very friendly and helpful."
"Ottima la posizione centrale e comoda
Camera pulita funzionale con terrazzino e ottima climatizzazione
Posteggio un po’ difficoltoso per Suv grandi
Piscina e idromassaggio non proprio tenuti benissimo ma cmque funzionali
Colazione con pasticceria eccezionale
Cena discreta
La struttura avrebbe bisogno di un piano di manutenzione per riportarla all antico splendore"
"The property is in a great location and the rooms are excellent. Staff is always friendly and helpful. This is our second time staying here and both experiences were wonderful."
