"My stay was nice. I booked this hotel for it had a hot tub.
I was so looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub for I was touring Europe and was sore from all the walking.
Unfortunately the airline lost my luggage with all my clothes. I had a spare change of clothes plus a pair of spandex shorts and a tank top.
I was told by staff I had to have an actual swim suit.
I found staff not to be very friendly or even to care that I lost my luggage. No help offered or recommendations on who to call...
"A unique property with great ambience and old-world elegance. The rooms may be small but are exquisitely appointed, the breakfast area an intimate bay window affair and the bar cozy and full of memories. Take in bustling city life from the seating area in front while enjoying a cocktail (in the summer!)"
"The hotel is nice, and very basic. It’s definitely not going to wow you, but the location is great and close to many stores, restaurants, shopping etc."
"Dishonesty. That’s how I would describe it.
I booked the hotel basically because of the early breakfast, which starts at 6am. However, during my stay, they were renovating the kitchen, and guests were redirected to a café across the street. The problem is that the café only opens at 7am!
I was promised a refund for the two days when I couldn’t have breakfast (which costs 99 SEK for guests), but they never even bothered to reply to my email.
So, don’t book breakfast there. Or better, don't go...
"Prisvärt! Helt nybyggt.
