"This is a very good low cost hotel. Staff is helpful and on duty 24/7. I like the park location as it provides a view and place to exercise in the city. There are few amenities like breakfast and a gym. There is coffee and a pool. The main street has plenty of street food and there is a big open air market a block away."

"This establishment seemed to be in the middle of nowhere, but was actually very central in the Rangsit area. This has been the most enjoyable place we have stayed in Thailand. Absolutely loved the private outside shower and toilet area. The staff always had a smile and only too pleased to assist in any way they could. Highly recommended...."

"A great little hotel in the middle of no-where. This hotel is new and presents excellent value for money. I guess it’s only suitable if working in the local area or if you want to get away from it, but a car is needed. There is a lovely restaurant with good food which is totally out of character of the area. "Lovely staff, bed nice, bathroom clean but dated and smells damp. Overall hotel could do with updating but breakfast lovely, overall good for a quick stay. "

"Has what you need, shower, toilet. Bed sheet had a stain on it unsure what from so I slept on the other side haha. Had ants in the bed and on the desk but other than that was happy with the stay, staff were friendly and called half an hour before check out. Nice little stay with a cafe downstairs. "

"Overall staff was good one. The building is dated. Website pictures show better than it really is. They leave the front door to the rooms open during the day and leave room door open while cleaning the rooms and tons of mosquitoes in my room ate me alive. We must had kill three or four every night. I would not be staying there again. "
