"Location close to the action which was good but the road noise was awful. Shower had very poor pressure and temperature changed often if someone from another unit ran the tap. If you like a good shower then pick somewhere else. Parking outside the room was good."
"Good location to city and harbour side, easy parking, facilities in very good condition and clean, staff service good and helpful. Set breakfast good enough. Parking lot also available EV charger, but $20/per day, free of charges will then be prefect:)"
"I have never had such a disappointing experience staying at a motel before.
I arrived at around 2 pm to check in, and there was nobody at reception. It was pouring with rain, so I had to wait for about five minutes before ringing the doorbell. When someone finally responded, the attitude was very cold and unwelcoming. I was simply told that the key was inside the room and that the room was unlocked.

"Really impressed with our stay at Quest Tauranga. The location was very convenient, and the rooms were modern, tidy and spotlessly clean. Great in-room amenities, including a lovely selection of teas. Everything was comfortable and well thought out. Would happily stay again."
"We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom motel units for quick school holiday getaway. The room was very comfortable and clean. Kids loved the playground. We loved the hot tub. The kitchen is well-equipped but the pot and the pan were not in the best condition. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will consider staying again in the future."

The only downside was the lack of air conditioning, which could make the apartment quite hot during the summer months. A portable heater was provided, which would be useful during colder weather.
Overall, a great location with beautiful views, but the lack of air conditioning is something to...
"The accomodation is in an excellent location. Key pick up was easy by calling the manager and they give you the code for the lockbox.
The property is well maintained . The apartment is very well maintained although it is not a new unit still very much the 90s. If I had a gripe it would be they could have there own wifi as this does make it difficult to watch even the tv on the building hotspot and the tv is just a small after thought. This is being picky I know. Bed was comfortable and unit is...
