"There was no elevator with quite few stairs to room. My room was too large for just me; my fault not the hotel. The Amsterdam Hotel's location was fantastic; but the Amsterdam is basically a very busy noisy indoor/outdoor bar with some rooms up a lot of steps. Food and service at the hotel was not very good."

"Das Haus besteht aus 2 Etagen und liegt direkt an der Promenade (Arcadia) in einem Businesscentrum. Die untere Etage befindet sich im Suterrain. Es gibt kaum Tageslicht. Die Fenster lassen sich von „normal“ großen Menschen nicht öffnen. Zimmer sind neu aber sehr klein. Der (SMART)Fernseher hatte nur Internetzugang. "It’s a beautiful hotel with a great staff. We were able to speak English at our hotel and had great service. We had a beautiful balcony and loved the location. If you are looking for a relaxing trip, this is the right place to stay. You are outside the city and by beautiful beaches. But you are close enough to the city if you want to Uber in and out, it’s an easy trip. We rented bikes from the hotel and biked to Arcadia Beach. It was a fun way to see more of the area!"

"Excellent hotel, with great accommodations, but most importantly, absolutely amazing stuff! During my two stays with them, there was no instance when they could not address my request, or provide solution to the problem. They made me a breakfast to go when I could not stay for breakfast, they made me coffee at 6 o’clock in the morning, and when I forgot my clothes in my room after I already checked out, they sent my bag with the taxi driver to the airport. I will definitely consider this hotel...
