"Had no issues with the room or property. We enjoyed our stay very much. Only Thing, I would say is the pull out couch was not comfortable for my son (you can feel the springs), but we brought a blow up mattress for emergency use which came in handy. "Lovely property, imaginative and we. Well-maintained. Food was very good but somewhat overpriced. Staffing was a bit scant. No cash on the property so it was difficult to change a bill and provide an accurate tip for housekeeping."

"I have never complained about a hotel before however, Soto was quite overpriced for what it was. The young female bartender was extremely inhospitable and rude to my friend and to another couple. "I thought the property was great for families because it did have the option of a basketball court, a tennis court and a volleyball court. There was also an indoor pool and an outdoor pool. My room was not comfortable at all. I took a two bedroom suite and the mattresses were terrible. It was very difficult to sleep comfortably. The tennis court was always in use.
