"The property should have had air conditioning. It was broken. When we came to the staff about this issue, there was a gentleman who was very aggressively trying to get us to stay anyways. It was incredibly hot, and we could not. It took 30 minutes of arguing with this man to let us check out. Otherwise, the other staff we encountered was courteous and the property itself wasn't bad."
