"The staff were friendly but our room did not have clean sheets. There were stains and crumbs on the bed when we arrived. We asked for new sheets and had to change them ourselves. Would not recommend staying here."

"After 4 days , we had to be moved to Courtyard Manor in town i guess to the got sold and we had to pack up they were tearing up the rooms and making it a homeless shelter we had no idea that was going to happen to us , the courtyard was ok but not what we wanted. Thank you But Lexilip manor is no longer available to stay there."

"Excellent place with very helpful staff and great rooms"

"Easy to get the shuttle to and from the airport. Nice restaurant with a wide choice on their breakfast buffet and delicious dinners reasonably priced. I missed being able to get breakfast before an early flight, but they have kettles and coffee readily available in the room and the airport has good options. A bus to downtown stops within a couple of blocks of the hotel, but you should check out payment methods, since you can't just scan your phone onboard . I liked this place!"

"Clean, great location"

"The staff are amazing, so helpful above and beyond. Accommodate any request , have traveled many places this was truly the best staff ever. Including the breakfast staff wonderful people. Went from Canada for a wedding, made our experience wonderful. Thanks Castle Arch!"

"It was noisy both inside and outside the hotel."

"Off the beaten path a bit, older property but clean and comfortable although not super sound proof. It had parking and was easy to get to the airport from here and the price was right."
