"I travel to Hiltons and found this one to be sub par. Hair found in bathroom upon arrival which made cleanliness questionable. Arrived late so had the night shift front desk staff who did not properly activate my door key necessitating a second visit to lobby. Not a big deal however staff attitude was not remorseful. Overall hotel was fine with a good breakfast just not top notch for a top world wide chain."
"Close to public transport, nice single room, shower was amazing, no letting water run for it to get hot. Hob, kettle and coffee pod machine plus all the pots and pans you would need to cook something. I was on holiday so no cooking for me😉"
"We liked the whole set up of the studio. It had everything we needed. It was clean and spacious and had a very functional kitchenette with all the necessities. It was odd to not have a person present to assist with checking in, however, the instructions in emails prior to our arrival as well as on site, were very clear. The property is close to the train station as well as to a grocery store and all the sites of the old town. The main draw back was with getting a hold of someone if you have...
"Great spa and had a nice dinner at the restaurant! There was amazing views of the mountains. Lady at the desk and server was nice and provided great service as well."
"Room was nice. We were given a card that gave us free activities in the area that was an excellent surprise. We used the card to ride the hop on bus to tour Innsbruck.. we didn't have time for the cable car. Everything was excellent and the staff was friendly and kind."
"Worst customer service we have ever experienced in all of our international travels. I felt so uncomfortable (and slightly unsafe) as the attendee was cold and I felt like I was annoying him trying to simply check in. Didn’t even stand up, just sat on his computer, made no facial expression. It was horrible. Made our 1 night stay in Austria feel awful. Room was fine"
"The room was very clean and it was very spacious. There was a bedroom with a kitchen area and a bathroom so we were not at all cramped. I reached out before arriving and requested an iron and it was in my room when I arrived. I appreciated the kindness & accommodation of the staff."
