"Tiene una ubicación súper céntrico, el personal muy amable, pero las habitaciones son bastante apretadas y no tienen aire acondicionado. No se puede acceder en coche por lo que hay que caminar algo con maletas, si es alguien con alguna discapacidad debe tenerlo en cuenta."
"The view from the hotel was spectacular. Location was very convenient and accessible to almost everywhere. The front desk guy was also very helpful, gentleman and professional. I will definitely book this hotel again if I go back visit Lucerne."
"Location was good, had a room with a balcony... would have been nice to have chairs out on the balcony...thought the hotel was on the older side but it served it's purpose"
"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and everything was well maintained. We really enjoyed our experience and would definitely stay here again."
"We had a room with a balcony overlooking the Chapel Bridge. We ate several times on our balcony. Small but functional. Large room which made it comfortable for 2 people to move around. The room and bathroom were very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. We had breakfast there 2 mornings. While not free they do provide vouchers you can use in the restaurant which helps offset the cost. We had dinner outside one night by the river. Perfect with the Chapel Bridge view. The location was also...
"Breakfast was ok. I didn’t like you have to wait for about 10 mins at least for the eggs to boil. Why not just boil the eggs first, then serve them afterwards? Also, woke up with a lot bug bites and notice there was a mosquito in the room."
"The staff were friendly and attentive at all times. The rooms were spotless and the beds and bedding clean and comfy. The breakfast was excellent, as was the evening meal. The hotel is beautiful and quirky and ideally placed near the bus stops and train station. This is a great place to stay if you're planning a visit to Lucerne."
"Lovely, friendly staff. Delicious breakfast with assortment of cheeses and a spacious, clean room. The only negative was the pillows. They were too soft and offered no head support. Otherwise, the hotel was perfect!"
"Everything was great about this hotel, the view the breakfast the staff setting the cleanliness I have absolutely no complaints at all, and only good things to say"
