"Hotel and room good, has everything need, close to the station. The only thing was hard pillows and need to get a different pillow from reception. There only a few pillows so not enough for all rooms. Better to have a softer pillow in room anyway."

"A comfortable, clean business hotel with the added advantage of an onsen on the ground floor. Conveniently located in the traditional area of Yamagata on a bus route from the station. Breakfast in the top floor restaurant was buffet style."

"I’m very disappointed about the fact that the hotel does not have the courtesy to provide 1 or 2 hr of late check-out : They charge ¥1,000/hr/person!!! If it’s a weekend, i can understand, but it’s a quiet Monday! I’ve been to dozens of hotels in Japan and worldwide, first time I encountered this.
