"The staff did not understand English at all, which made communication very difficult. They were unable to speak or properly understand English, making it challenging to ask questions or request assistance. Better communication skills and basic English training for the staff would greatly improve the guest experience.
At Reception Girl took 2 Hours to find our reservations which was already paid and if you give them extra money they will give you room straightway feels like they purposely doing...
"Worst hotel ever.
1. Booked double room, the tried to provide dorm bed or chafdong extra.
2. Very poor room conditions. An old, dusty mattress, dirty sheets (the condition of two small ones) and a shower over the toilet bowl — it is impossible to wash. Lots of dust and smells"
"3 floors NO ELEVATOR! And 1 MORE steep floor inside. Bathroom smells and shower difficult to work. Mattress is worn, slightly lumpy. AC wasn’t working till last day. Staff, outside of manager, were well meaning and helpful.
The location is very good if you want to be near historic district"
