"Property is well located and staff was really helpful. If going in a rental, make sure you call ahead of time to register the car with the city and have a parking spot in one of the nearby garages. Parking is definitely scarce in Ortigia.

We always choose a second floor room with a patio so we can enjoy a glass of wine while looking over the sea.

"The hotel is in a great location with everything in walking distance. The late check in was easy with our instructions posted on the door and a phone number to call first. We used WhatsApp. The room was clean and the size of a small apartment. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The parking garage was a three minute walk from the hotel. We would stay here again."

"This was a cute little room that opened right onto the street. It was extremely clean and comfortable, but be warned: the bedroom is up a flight of stairs that seems to be common in Italy, but is certainly not up to code in the United States. If you have Vision deficits, this is not the place for you. I stay downstairs so that I wouldn’t fall down the stairs in the middle of the night. The staff is lovely and helpful.
