"WARNING: only one of the eleven premium cabins actually has a private forest outlook. The others are not private at all. We could see at least five neighbours from our cabin, as most of the trees in the area had been cut down to enable the installation of the cabins. I imagine the situation will improve in 3-5 years when trees and shrubs grow between the cabins, but right now it is NOT the 'private nature connection' experience that is advertised. "Insufficient parking for hotel guests due to a packed dinning area. We had to park our car a distance away from our room and move it next morning to pack car on checkout. Check service was not particularly friendly, however bar staff were great."

"Argosy is located on the highway into Devonport. Very easy to find. Close to the Spirit ferries. There are three restaurants one formal with an extensive salad bar a Bistro with a drinks bar. The breakfasts both the cooked and continental are served in dining room with a chef and an array of foods for selection, juice, 4 cereals, fruit, yoghurt, freshly brewed coffee and tea.
