"While the room was very cute and we loved it, the customer service was horrible. We ran out of toilet paper, were not given instructions for wifi and I tried to call the number provided but no answer. I messaged Saturday afternoon twice then again Sunday evening to ask why we were not being answered. They finally answered when I bugged them Sunday evening. No one was in the office the 5 days of my stay. We were told they use to hand out parking passes for guests so I was trying to find out....

"Halls smelled really bad of dog. Laundry machines were not available. The hot tub was broken. The heated pool was not working. We mentioned the smell to the hotel staff 4-5 times, but they never did anything about it. They were renovating the downstairs and the main rooms. So it was a mess everywhere."

"Great customer service my friend and i was happy to see they had a BBQ grill on the property for cookouts and that we had a full kitchen to cook in My friend and I will be back and will be getting our room here"

"Welcome cookies in the basket had mold on them so we threw them away. Only main downside were the plastic mattress covers directly under the sheet caused sweaty discomfort and poor sleep at night. The code for the key box was also incorrect, but was fixed quickly with a phone call."

"This place was exceptionally clean when we arrived. It had all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The waterfront part of the property comfortable and relaxing. We will be happy to stay there again. This place exceeded all our expectations."
