"Room was clean and very comfortable. Hotel was full of Hockey kids and their families, got quite loud at times"

"Evening check in person seemed annoyed she had to get off her phone to check us in, she was rude, we could definitely tell she didn't want to be there and that we were an inconvenience to her. Player's club staff also acted inconvenienced to assist us. No one seemed happy to be there. Room hallways were under remodel with wet paint signs and long nails sticking out of trim. Hotel definitely needs some updating."

"The room was clean when we arrived. The king size bed was very hard and the four pillows on the bed were not very comfortable, I wish we would have brought our own. I would say the major negative for me was after checking in I received a text from the hotel stating they only service the room every three days so if we need anything I could contact them and they would take care of it which I was completely fine with. "I showed up and they said they didn't have a room for me.Because expedia didn't confirm my stay there. Needless to say after driving all the way there and not have any place to stay for my son's birthday, It was very upsetting. And all I get for the inconvenience is a ruined trip"
