"Overall the stay was good. Ambience was excellent. Location is very close to the airport. Things which could have improved is the lighting in the room and bathroom fittings. Lighting in the room was poor and was a dim light. Bathroom taps and toilet flush have become old. It is functional though. Morning breakfast buffet was average, as I didn’t get much options even though I had informed them of my dietary requirements. It was a disappointment. Overall I will rate 3.5 / 5. Will recommend...

"First of all from the checking in the problems begun to start. I booked at the price of 1150 and they told that they won't give me the room for that money and I have to pay 1600.i tried to contact hotels.com and couldn't find any numbers to contact. So I paid the amount. The room was In pathetic condition. Air conditioning was not working properly and the food which I ordered through get an hour to get delivered. Washroom was dirty and the water was not draining from the bathroom. Never ever...

The front desk was courteous and changed the bedding with fresh linen on our request. The restaurant is nice, the location is convenient, and overall the property and staff are very good. "

The room was like an apartment had everything uou needed and they have a dhuttle service to the airport. Akso xan ordef in from ftom nearby restaurants. "Super clean hotel in the heart of Fort Kochi, walking distance to all the important sites and some good restaurants. The rooms are large and comfortable, the water is hot and the wifi is pretty good. Staff is lovely and helpful. Highly recommend."
