"The front desk staff member charged my card the full amount when I paid through Expedia and said they would "fix" it, they never did. The room was musty smelling, it had a wet mothball smell in the closet and I couldn't hang my clothing, and the carpet felt damp wherever you walked. There is mold in this room because I couldn't breathe well. There is no proper vent in the bathroom and no conditioner in the bathroom shower container- it definitely wasn't checked by housekeeping prior to arrival....

"We were extremely disappointed with the room. The room needed to be thoroughly cleaned . The floor was sticky, the bathroom shower curtain rod not secure risk for injury. The bathroom counter needed cleaning as well as the sink. No refrigerator, microwave at least there was an ironing board. Also, the bed needs upgrading every movement made a squeak. breakfast was scheduled to finish at 10am and the food was finished way before then.
