"Great location & clean. Convenient for public transport and walkable to most areas around. Pool was a bonus and water refill station on the 4th floor with good relaxing vibe. The lobby is always pretty busy during our stay but shows how many people stay here. Room is adequate for 2 people as we got an upgrade to a city view. The room attendants are also very efficient & always kept refreshing the towels & emptying the waste baskets. Overall, definitely will recommend staying here for a relaxed,...

"Great location!"

"Hotel is very central, close to two MRT stations and many food options nearby. With the convenience of money changer and 7-Eleven across the road, to purchase amenities. Rooms are a bit small, but hotel in great location."

"Clean hotel, with good service, staff and breakfast. Good location. Nice pool in the roof"

"Literally as far away from the airport as possible. Located in the mall on the 4th floor. Good view or the vortex and fairly easy access to Terminal 2. Tiny room"

"Booked a double room for our 9 hour layover in Singapore. You definitely are paying for convenience - the cost for a 6 hour stay was pricey. Came to my surprise when we arrived at check in that we had to pay an additional S$70 for a third adult in our double room - which they said they would bring extra amenities for and didn’t. "Very nice hotel and close to airport"

"The rooms are small but tidy I can say there isnt much of a view. The staff were all very kind. Location wise, I enjoyed it; it is near trains and restaurants. One issue would be that breakfast is grab and go and is limited. I unfortunately couldn't have any due to my food restrictions (food contains dairy and egg). I would suggest not packaging the breakfast with your stay and buy it once you arrive at the hotel if you like it."

"Excellent location very near the MRT."

"Very clean, staff lacks a bit of good hospitality vibes (no one smiles). But the place is very nice, very clean, and very comfortable."

"Hotel location is absolutely the best. Included breakfast is good. I will stay here again the next time I visit Singapore"

"Good location in Chinatown.metro close by.plenty of places to eat close by"

"They let me in early after checking that the room I booked was ready, which was a blow after a long flight. The location is superb, the staff attentive as you need them, and I’ll definitely return."
