"There was a small issue with our key card not working, but as soon as we told the front desk, they reset it right away and even walked us back to the room to make sure it worked. The service was top-notch. Everything else was perfect!!!! "

"Everything was fine but the toilets did clog up, room was good and the bar down stairs can’t beat staying anywhere else. 20-25 minutes from south beach, really the perfect spot. There’s a beach right outside the hotel you could walk to. Literally is a nice hotel just need to do something about the toilets clogging. "
