"Location was great, nice having live music each afternoon, happy hour was great, pool was nice. Our first night was disappointing as we arrived at midnight and our expensive room had not been serviced and we were given a very substandard room for the night until the next day. There was no reimbursement or gesture of goodwill in regards to this. Instead we received the reply welcome to Darwin. We were glad to be able to have our expensive nice room for the rest of our time in Darwin."

"Nice budget option! Good security on the dorm door! Private room was nice but slightly loud as the sound from the next door bar boom into the room! Parking on site which was convenient! 24hr reception which made it good to check in late! Pool upstairs & rooftop area was great!"

After several unanswered messages and emails I contacted Wotif directly, they gave me another email address to try.. I eventually got a repsonse from the newly appointed administrators for this business. Bankrupt. Great. Wotif was great and found other accommodation just hours before we were supposed to check in....
