"We stayed for 2 nights.
Pros: The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was polite and spoke English. The room was about 50/50 on room noise.
Cons: The Internet was very poor. We were in the middle of the 3rd floor and could not get a decent signal that would last more than a few minutes. We were told there was a restaurant but it was closed for Saturday and Sunday but the Bar was...
"There is tile everywhere so it is quite noisy. There is a young child related to the staff that is there every night and she yells. The sound travels up to the 4th floor. She yells too often and in the evening. You can hear people walk by your door and talk. Not a restful place if you want to sleep."
"This is an excellent hotel and I enjoyed my stay here. All the staff are great and always helpful. The suite was modern and all the facilities were great and it’s in a good location in Udon Thani. Highly recommended to anyone traveling there."
"Elevator stopping at the wrong floor air conditioner not working mattress hard like a rock 1 pillow only hard as well i had to go to another hotel for the rest of my stay very bad experience"

I then actually asked to print a document and was told told the hotel had no printer. I kinda lost interest at that point the place is a shambles and has no waterpark. Loads of feral cats running around. Some of the staff were okay but the receptionist was completely incompetent. Expedia should not have this hotel on their...
