"Overall a good choice. Centrally located and offers parking which is very convenient. Breakfast had good savory and sweet options including fresh ground and brewed coffee, eggs, local farm to table ingredients and friendly helpful staff. Front desk staff varied in attitude and demeanor , but Leila was excellent. Room cleaning was thorough and prompt. Pedestrian exit convenient to shops and restaurants. However, Wi-Fi was spotty at best and could be improved. Mezzanine conference room area good...

"Outstanding staff at check-in and breakfast service"

"Clean room, door to bathroom difficult to open. Bed was hard. Breakfast ok. Staff helpful. Didn’t get to use the Spa as we arrived late and left early, already booked up! The restaurant attached was very good but not cheap."

"Hotel Is acceptable but very old. Found an open pringles tube when I arrived and there was no availabile EV charging point unlike what's mentioned on the Expedia page. Also breakfast is very poor despite being very expensive."

"Ottimo hotel, grande parcheggio sotterraneo. Stanza ampia pulita silenziosa. Colazione varia e abbondante. Personale molto disponibile e professionale"

"I was charged at checkout for breakfast which had already been paid for at booking through Expedia. When I queried this I was told I was wrong so I paid in cash. I have since followed this up with Expedia who are unable to get a refund from the property because I don't have a credit card statement as proof. It wouldn't be so bad if the breakfast was good, it certainly wasn't worth 14 euros. I feel like I've been scammed."

"Une chambre assez grande avec un lit très bien. Le petit déjeuner bien organisé avec des explication sur l'origine des aliments. Nous avons essayé plusieurs hotel a Saint Vincent (notre étape en direction de l'Italie) , le Saint Elena est super aussi dans le ratio prix-prestations."

"Wow what a place ! Amazing venue very clean and the staff are so helpful. Very quirky having to take 4 elevators to your room but all part of the charm. Room was spacious, clean and had everything needed, breakfast had a great selection with hot croissants. Definitely recommend"

"Great place to stay in this valley. "

"Struttura un po’ datata, ma pulita. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Lo consiglio"

"Rent rum, personalen var hjälpsam, god pizza på hotellets restaurang, okej frukost. Funkar som övernattning när du är på genomresa."

"The hotel is in an amazing location.. with so much to do on the doorstep!! Wish we’d researched a bit more and could have stayed longer, it’s well worth doing so if you love the outdoors!! It’s a beautiful hotel, with such helpful and lovely staff.. and the food is wonderful!!"

"Hébergement atypique Grande villa décorée avec des objets anciens , ce qui nous plonge dans une ambiance particulière. On se croirait dans un musée. Très beau jardin. La dame est très gentille et prévenante. Petit déjeuner parfait "

"This place is perfect. Room was huge, food was exlecllent and the staff is as accommodating and kind as can be."

"Un castello un po' decadente in certi punti, ben restaurato in altri in uno splendido parco. Ottimo soggiorno, accoglienza molto gradevole."

"Struttura nuova, molto carina e caratteristica montana. Posizione comoda"
