The room was not very clean, with stains on the floor and dust on the window ledges. The soundproofing was also very poor, and we could clearly hear noise from other rooms. Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations, and the value for money was disappointing. Lake Toya is worth visiting, but I would recommend considering other accommodation options."
