"Everything was perfect at this resort. The whole staff was so helpful, friendly, and welcoming. All of them had gone above and beyond making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. When we had an issue with our toilet, they came and fixed it right away and apologized profusely. "I'm giving this 5 stars mainly due to the STAFF ! the people working in this resort has amazing customer service skills! from the front desk, restaurant, cleaners and everyone here is excellent. Special mention to Ian the one who drove us around. People here are polite, respectful and very attentive to customer needs.
If I can just suggest few things....
Pls provide a bigger Safe to accommodate at least a standard size laptop.. and....
Better locking system especially in the backdoor esp that...
"The most kind staff we’ve ever encountered. The hospitality really shined here. When we arrived, they greeted us with warm smiles. We stayed for 6 nights and the staff made our engagement celebration a wonderful experience. They make sure you’re comfortable and are quick to correct any issues you may encounter.
The staff helped with booking our tours, recommended where to visit, booked private transport, and guided us to best experience El Nido!

"The owner of the place makes you feel like you are visiting a close friend or relative. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was nice and strong. Couple dinners that we had at the restaurant were also delicious and clean.
