"Cannot complain at all with the cheerful staff, and the great location. Bravo. The only gripe would be that we found better food alternatives nearby, which was a pity - if the owners could look around a little and improve their offering they would get my 5 stars"

"Location wise the hotel was great - walkable to everything. Breakfast was ok, once it got low they didn’t refill much of the foods so go early. The room is simple, but works. The AC works decent not on full blast but that with the fan we were ok."

"I had a wonderful stay at the Moringa resort. I am not sure what the comments are talking about regarding the staff service, because I found them to be excellent. They allowed us to check in 2 hours earlier than expected and welcomed us with a fresh beverage, added an extra bed for us, and checked us into our room. "Buko Beach is a treasure. I got to explore all around El Nido for our week stay and everyday I came back to our resort more satisfied that we found the best combination of convenience, amenities, and relaxation. The staff took such good care of us. Amazing meals. Coordinating so many of our needs from activities to transfers. The standard was so high there that everything was impeccable."

"One of the best getaways ! And this property and staff made it happen. Gorgeous views and such a perfect location that every minute of the day came with its own new look. People at the property and in general all Phillipino people are so warm and welcoming . Norvin , Dorito, Mee choo at reception were great but every one ( and there were lots of staff ) is were great. Only feedback is they should not charge for tea bags especially when stay is long and in room amenities don’t have enough bags...

Toppklass på restaurangen men god vällagad mat, goda drinkar, service inriktad personal och den mest fantastiska solnedgången. Bra frukost. Receptionen mkt hjälpsam med att ordna utflykter och transfer. Åker vi till El Nido igen kommer vi absolut bo här igen"

"The most kind staff we’ve ever encountered. The hospitality really shined here. When we arrived, they greeted us with warm smiles. We stayed for 6 nights and the staff made our engagement celebration a wonderful experience. They make sure you’re comfortable and are quick to correct any issues you may encounter. The staff helped with booking our tours, recommended where to visit, booked private transport, and guided us to best experience El Nido! Truly outstanding service!"

"The staff were very helpful. Anything we asked was not too much for them. Now the breakfast was to another level because of our diet we are restricted with options but the chef was fantastic and he made brilliant breakfast to our needs. We enjoyed our stay very much."
