"The Property is fairly well maintained. The room was clean and the food was good in the mornings. The staff went above and beyond my expectations and were easily available. They we're able to book all of my outings directly from the hotel. Therefore, save yourself some money and time and let the hotel do all your bookings and transportation needs. Trikes were only a hundred pesos back and forth to town and were easily accessible. I would recommend this resort, but be very specific on the room...

They were all helpful in assisting me to use the facility for working at night in the lobby area. Looking forward to staying at Novies but this time with my family. "Magnificent views. Lovely staff. Under no circumstances book a street side room. Very noisy and ultra small. Beware you need to shower at night. Cold water in the mornings. Breakfast adequate. Restaurant ,shocking. Evening Margaritas fantastic for the price .Staff very friendly. Be aware u cannot book to your room. "Bad wifi using old legacy network equipment, toilet smelt so staff attempted to mask the smell with a scent mixer bowl. Jacuzzi didn't have a working heater and the tv was unwatchable due to the poor satellite signal. Food was good for the breakfast buffett and the views of the bay were beautiful however the hotel overcharged me for this room with all the problems its not worth the money, I suggest you bring a wifi adaptor with you and if you are with Globe for Cell service you wont get...

"I give this resort an overall rating of excellent because the staff and the views compensated for the negatives of which there were a few. Bottom line is it’s no 5 star, probably more like a 3 but the views were stunning and well worth it."
