"We were welcomed by Mario who was helpful from the first to the last minute of our stay. He speaks Italian, English and German. He assisted with figuring out the boat tours, was friendly and was extremely patient. The room was comfortable, quiet, clean and perfect for our three-night stay. The hotel is 6-8min walk to Procchio center and Procchio Beach. There are a few restaurants nearby, bus stops to go to the other parts of the island and there is a small supermarket. "Ancient furniture, the A/C was not working in 100 degrees weather, infested with mosquitoes to mention a few things. I checked out after a couple of hours because it was impossible to survive the heat and humidity in the room. No refund was offered. Check in desk person barely spoke any English. Very disappointing experience, save yourself the trouble and book something else."

"Beautiful location!"

"Es hat alles prima geklappt. Saisonende war spürbar, Pool schon ohne Wasser. Hotel ist sehr ringhörig. Lage ist super, nahe beim Meer. Personal freundlich nett und hilfsbereit."
