"Within the Maple building, there is the hotel and apartments. The hotel use the pool etc for free. The apartment says it has an outdoor pool and gym, however you have to pay £5 per person per day to use this. There is nothing on the policies and fees section to say you have to pay for this, and we only found out when we got there. The apartment staff did nothing to help. Our sheets were not changed in the 4 nights we stayed. Breakfast was good. The hotel is not in a great area - you have to...
