"The hotel is fine, but getting in is a bit of a maze. We also received an email the day before telling us we could park on site and they would validate our parking. We came to leave to get parking validated and they said they didn't do that, we have to pay. The fact I had an email from them saying otherwise didn't seem to matter and they showed no concern this email gets sent as standard and had no interest when I suggested changing it. Parking is 17 eu re o a day so not cheap, and I would have...

It was very anoying since we came late and they tried to solve the issue but still we could not shower until morning so my sleep was very bad. In the morning the hot water was fixed and we could shower. The breakfast was very good and relaxed. I would come again to the hotel but very the heating and hot water is working! "

"What a fantastic hotel!!! We booked last minute due to a change of plans so weren’t sure what to expect. We stayed in the executive apartment and it was amazing, I wish we could have stayed longer. More than enough space for a family of 4 and so clean and fresh. We had tea in the restaurant and the service was fab and the food very good. Would highly recommend. "

Restaurant on base floor with a small number of small but very functional rooms on upper floors. There is no elevator. If stairs are a challenge come for the food and biergarten. "

The only point for me, there is no fridge or caffe or tea machine in the room, although there is one in lobby, Also for families with young children, there was some business around that may be not pleasant, to be seen by children. There us a big shopping store next to hotel which is nice. "
