"Sehr schöne saubere Unterkunft, genügend Parkplätze direkt an den Häusern. Sonst sind den Hang hoch noch ausreichend Gästeparkplätze vorhanden.
Frühstück von allem etwas dabei nicht zu viel Auswahl aber genau das richtige.
Sehr ökologisch bewußt, wenn neue Wäsche benötigt wird bescheid sagen, wird nicht wie in anderen Hotels täglich gewechselt, was wir persönlich gut fanden.
Personal war immer freundlich und Hilfsbereit.

"The biggest problem was a lack of cleanliness. Apparently, you have to request that your room be serviced, but the front desk didn't tell us that. So, we requested our room be serviced, but it wasn't. The front desk said we have to put a tag on our room door for room cleaning, but we were never given a door tag. In summary, we stayed there five nights and had our room cleaned only once. We even ran out of toilet paper! Not good customer service!"

Ich hatte Glück eines Upgrades: gebucht hatte ich EZ m. Rheinblick, bekommen habe ich ein Apartment m. Rheinblick und sogar mit zwei kleinen Balkonen. Es gab eine Mini-Küche mit allem, was man braucht/brauchen könnte. Das Bad war groß, hell, modern. Die Einrichtung war stimmig, nicht abgenutzt. Ausreichend...
"Kwamen na de incheck tijd aan. Hadden een kluisnummer gekregen. Daar lag de sleutel in. Perfect geregeld en heel vriendelijk geholpen. Kamer is heel netjes. Ontbijt perfect. Wordt continu bijgevuld. Fit hotel is een aanrader."
