"Breakfast buffet was varied, plentiful, and delicious. The garden was lovely to sit outside in the afternoon. The room was clean and spacious. Overall a great location."
"Ideal location with both the train station, shopping and attractions within walking distance. (1 - 1.5 kms). On a busier street but my room was in the back. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Breakfast is available for an additional fee. There is a safe in the room."
"Goede locatie. Uitgebreid ontbijt.
"The biggest problem was a lack of cleanliness. Apparently, you have to request that your room be serviced, but the front desk didn't tell us that. So, we requested our room be serviced, but it wasn't. The front desk said we have to put a tag on our room door for room cleaning, but we were never given a door tag. In summary, we stayed there five nights and had our room cleaned only once. We even ran out of toilet paper! Not good customer service!"
"Lovely hotel room, with a very comfortable bed and very fluffy pillows. No A/C, but we didn’t need it or the provided fan as the window provided ample ventilation for us. Cleanliness is excellent. Thank you so much to the staff at Hotel Berlin for such a comfortable and lovely stay! "
