"조식은 먹을것이 마땅이 없습니다. 직원들은 친절하나, 수압도 약하고 에어컨도 시원하지 않네요"

"We had a short, transitory stay at Success Hotel, and it was exactly what we needed. The room was incredibly clean and spacious, especially considering the very reasonable price. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were so helpful and went out of their way to seamlessly arrange a taxi for us to Hanoi Airport for our next destination. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, cleanliness, and value in Hanoi!"

"Room was not clean, bathroom was NOT clean, after a 1 minute shower drain was blocked and bathroom flooded. Call up reception she looked at it didn’t try to fix the problem or give us another room to shower. "

"Free airport ride is very helpful to all guests especially in Hanoi as the airport is so far away from the city center. The Front desk, bedroom and the shower/toilet area are super large, very good quality of the building. They also provide dining options for lunch or dinner if you don't want to go outside to eat."

"Walkable. Good location and sevice"

"The room appeared clean but I soon found a small number of ants on the desk that held the TV. Several hours later I saw more ants in other locations, including the bathroom countertop I used tape to capture some of the ants as proof and notified Reception. They were apologetic."

"It is a small room but clean and friendly staff."

"This hotel is terrible dirty and in a bad area other than being close to airport Bed had only a thin duvet cover which seemed dirty and switches bathroom etc dirty and mouldy Someone’s old drinks still in freezer Don’t stay here and a 3 rating is outrageous "

"交通便利，餐廳選擇多，房間寬敞明亮，設施維護良善，物超所值"

"Extreme dark after sunset felt unsafe"

"The staff were friendly and also very helpful."

"A great place to enjoy and explore Hanoi."
