"For an overnight stay the Barracks were perfect. Staff were really attentive and helpful and the food at dinner in particular was excellent. Athenry is a nice town for a wander around in the evening. All in all highly recommended."

"The room was small but workable. The door is an old fashioned key from both sides type with no other means to lock the door from the inside. The first bath towel I got literally fell apart but the 2nd one was the softest I’ve ever had at a hotel. Restaurant was good and they poured a good pint. The walls are quite thin so it’s a little noisy. "
