"Firstly the reservation for the room was not clear that we would be sharing a communal bathroom so it cost more money to get a different room. Then the room was ok but the bathroom door couldn’t be open if someone wanted to use the sink. On Tuesday when asking for help with taxis I simply got the answer they don’t turn up at this time of day! I used the curb app and got one in five mins. "Room is very small and dark, bathroom is tiny, has mosquito, parking is very expensive , the worst one I have lived"

"Breakfast was not served or kept prepared. No attendant to refill anything at any day. I stayed for 4 days. Bath tub leak was never attended to on any of those 4 days. Had to change one of the 2 booked rooms twice as they were stinking due to carpet not cleaned properly and room windows not opened periodically (when rooms are not occupied)"
