"Staff was nice. Room was very nice and clean. No AC only fans. Breakfast was ok, pastries very delicious. Parking is a little difficult. It's located right in the middle of a busy intersection."

Das Frühstücksbuffet, verfügbar ab 7 Uhr, war hervorragend und die Terrasse ein schöner Zusatz. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Besonders positiv aufgefallen sind die netten Gespräche mit dem zuvorkommenden Personal."

Het hotel ligt op een handige locatie boven de snelweg 1, op het terrein bevinden zich ook een Mc Donalds, Migros en een Italiaans restaurant."
"I stayed at the new Annex so everything is nice and Zen. There are no toiletries so please take note. It is really just opposite of Neuchatel station separated by a small road. If I were to nickpick, I hope that they can rotate at least one of the dishes at breakfast. I stayed facing the river. Oh, it has air conditioning that works how you want it to be so it will be great for Summer."

"Clean, nicely renovated, comfy bed, spacious room, nice staff. Only one thing: when there is a heatwave, it would be necessary to have access to ice-cubes -- truly it would not be a luxury at all. I would be ok having to pay a fair price for that, because being able to drink cold water is a health matter."

"Lovely boutique hotel close to the station and centre of town - an easy walk. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Shower worked well and some toiletries were included. The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly.
My only (small) issue was that the hallways are a little empty with an open stairway at the end so noise can echo around. I could hear other guests leaving their rooms in the morning. I still gave the hotel 5 stars though"
"Great boutique hotel in the old part of town, down by the river. An historic building that has recently been carefully renovated and rooms have great atmosphere. Friendly staff, great breakfast and we felt very welcome."
