"This is my second stay in Palolem Beach Resort. Last time we were in the big deluxe garden bungalow but it was far from beach. This time we actually booked Cuba Premium Bungalows but due to pandemic setback and Coastal Regulations that was closed. Hotels. Com did a quick full refund of our payment and also suggested amicably that now Palolem Beach Resort has been taken over by the same proprietary and managerial group, so we went there and made a booking. "The property owner is not satisfied with OYO, since the rate of tariff waa 1300/- and EXPEDIA charges more than triple price, they refused to provide mosquito repellents although they admits that they could provide, but due to OYO GUEST, they won't. The place is in remote place of any beach, there is no communication facilities , except own car."
