"Hotel situato in un brutto stabile. Snervante la procedura del check in, bisogna fare tutto on Line altrimenti si rischia di non poter accedere. Camera caldissima il condizionatore non funziona al di sotto di una certa soglia. Camera molto rumorosa (sentivo russare dalla camera affianco) Bagno minuscolo e senza bidet. Hotel senza reception notturna. Pessimo soggiorno."

"Best part of hotel is the view and access to private part of beach. Hotel is only first 5 floors of a giant apartment building. More of a locals hangout spot, especially at night. Excellent bbq restaurant across the street, 5-10min walk to main part of town where most of the restaurants and other hotels are, but they have to pay to use the beach downtown, so worth walk to restaurants to have free beach access all day"

"I’ve stay for a second week in a row at this magnificent place with my family. Cinthia at the front desk was very accommodating, and she even was able to upgrade our room, to a main floor suite, since we we carrying lots of luggage this time, and it was better than use the stairs. Amazing location, amazing service, this place deserve more stars than the ones already has. As usual, the breakfast was excellent and the personnel (sorry, I forgot the name of the young lady looking after the buffet...

"Ottima gestione famigliare per questo hotel a 3 stelle che offre una valida posizione con prezzi contenuti. Camera spaziosa per 3 con TV piatta. Bagno con phon e doccia. Colazione varia con latte fresco e brioche di pasticceria oltre a un paio di torte fatte in casa molto buone. Hotel Silenzioso il giusto. Nota di merito per un intervento da parte della direzione che ha richiamato due famiglie rumorose al nostro piano. Poi... Tutto risolto. Torneremo."

(Some concrete information on the residence website would be helpful to those WITHOUT cars: - The train station is a solid 15-18 minute brisk WALK from the residence. Taxis/Uber NOT AVAILABLE in this area. - The concierge was VERY HELPFUL is dropping us to the station in the early morning (we had TWO full bags). - Excellent train service to Roma Termini. (Last trains about 9 PM so be careful if you plan to stay late night in Rome, huh!) "

"Nice and quiet. Our window opened out to a vineyard surrounded by Olive trees. Included breakfast is a croissant, packaged toast and coffee. No other options. We stayed 09/29 - 10/02, restaurant on site was closed. Staff was helpful and directed us to places nearby. 10 drive to Colombini for lunch (excellent) or Conca di Sapore for dinner (OK)."
