"We were placed on the first floor next to the staff areas. We had two doors being opened and slammed from 10pm all through the night at various times 1am, 3am, 6am, 8am. It continued to wake us up and the rooms usually are very well sound proof to other noises but this room had ZERO! You could hear everything and everyone. "This did have basic service that you would expect with a 3 star hotel. We were a party of 6, with 3 rooms reserved for 3 nights. Granted, we were some of the last visitors for the season, just prior to closure, but I literally had to go begging coffee refills for the mornings, and the tea was not replenished.
