"We stayed in the new section of the property overlooking the ocean so keep that in mind with review. Room was very nice and clean. Nice balcony overlooking ocean however only one chair and no small table to rest a snack or drink. Nice bar and restaurant area. During our stay the power was lost but the hotel had a diesel generator that kicked in. Convenient to Pusser's, the ferry and other shopping."

"Get the room with private pool. All the staff were super nice. Tabitha and Alia went out of their way to make us have an excellent experience. Will stay here again every time in town."

"Our 1st night, 6/2-6/3. the staff was not expecting us. someone was in half of our villa, one couple had to sleep on the couch. Alberto did his best to make us comfortable. The 6/10-6/11, again the villa was not ready for us. Conrad did his best. The property was clean beautiful, we enjoyed very much!"

"A home away from home. Inge and Rose have made their vision a mission to cater to guests. A true relaxing Shangri la. Exceptionally clean and superbly appointed. The use linens that have been in Inge's family for 3 generations. A 5min walk to the best public beach I've ever seen (even after many beaches in the Greek islands). Breakfast is amazing. An outstanding cook (Alex) is always on spot. Inge makes it a priority to ensure guests are taken care of, even ordering dinner for us when needed....

"Do not book this hotel! We intended to stay at this hotel Sept 4-6, and Hurricane Irma made landfall on the 4th/5th. We had to cancel our plans to avoid getting trapped in a category 5 hurricane on an island that was in its direct path. This hotel declined multiple times to issue a refund, before and after the storm. We would've been trapped with no electricity or clean, running water, and no prediction of if the hotel structure would've withstood the storm or if we would've been killed in the...

"The staff was very helpful in getting into our room. On our departure day they assisted us with getting transportation to the airport. The room we stayed in had a view of the entire bay. It was spotlessly clean. There were plenty of towels, hand towels, soap, shampoo. The bed was extremely comfortable. If we do go back to the BVI we will definitely stay in the hotel again."
