"The location was great. It was on the major shopping street and it’s few blocks away from the water front and there is a parking lot around it if you arrive by a car. The room was roomie and there are lots of dining options close by. The staffs were very informative and friendly. "

"Booked the room for a 3 night stay in Thessaloniki with 3 people. I assumed the room would be large enough to make it work, but the room would’ve been on the smaller side even for two people. The biggest complaint I have is with the temperature control in the room. It seems like there is no AC in the room, just a fan trying its best. I think that’s just a European thing, but I don’t understand how people deal with it when it gets truly hot in the summer months. Aside from that, the location was...

"Hotel is close to the train station and the harbour. Some staff were helpful, others less so. Even though the hotel was apparently recently renovated, it gives the feeling of being run-down - there were holes in the bathroom floor towel, the fittings on the shower pipes were loose, the toilet was installed skew with the toilet paper holder not properly fixed and hanging skew. The fitting for the hand shower was at waist height, meaning the only way to get a proper shower was to hold it above...
