"The hotel made sure to mention that English was available and the staff spoke it, but I only met one person who spoke English when I was checking out. That being said, I didn’t have too much trouble communicating. The view from the balcony is amazing and a 12/10. The hotel definitely seemed older than they let on with the pictures but otherwise a clean bed and towels. My issue is that the air conditioner did not work and two of the three lights in the room did not function. Difficult to shower...

"I had a great 3 day stay - the Pousada location is right on the beach. Very friendly staff. The restaurant is also very good - one of the best breakfast buffets in Brazil!"

"I HAVE STAYED HERE MANY TIMES MAINLY BECAUSE IT IS ONLY ABOUT 20 MINS WALK TO GET THE FREE FERRY TO ILHABELA FOR FOR FOOT PASSEGERS & CYCLISTS.WONDERFUL VARIED BUFFET BREAKFAST & LOTS OF LENGTHS IN LARGE POOL I THINK ABOUT 25 METRES.RECOMMENDED."

"Seguramente a mais decepcionante estadia desde que passamos a reservar hotéis pelo site. Desde nossa chegada podemos perceber o abandono da "Pousada Boutique" de uma forma geral, que de boutique não tinha nada. Para se efetuar o check-in precisamos ligar para um telefone celular (conforme aviso afixado no balcão), pois não havia ninguém na recepção. "Near of a superb beach. The staff were friendly and helpful. But the beds too small . No restaurant in the local area were open for dinner or lunch . I use Uber to the central areas several times to access the restaurants. 15 or 20 minutes taxi 🚕 distance. "

"Right on the beach, not simply close to it. Every service available within the faculty except drugstore. Artesans and food kiosks pass by on the beach if you want to buy souvenirs or a complementary drink like coconut water. Kayaks and planks are available for renting.
