"I was not expecting to stay in a side building made of bedrooms. It did not feel like a hotel at all. Just a bedroom in a building. When l asked why not staying in the small hotel building, the answer was l don’t have a choice or preference.????"

"This was a self booked, explore of Bastogne to satisfy my WWII interests. Don't let the location (above a gas station/convenience store) discourage you. Staff was GREAT! Thanks to Amory for an easy check-in and OMG Carine! She went out of her way to make it easy, fun and memorable to her non-french speaking guests. Highly recommended if you are exploring the area. "Attended for the Belgium Grand Prix, so appreciably busy, however parking could be better as struggled to find places and due to a lack of demarcation in the overflow carparks, people were parking everywhere, including on grassed areas. Rooms are clean, however in need of air conditioning as the far side of the hotel is glazed and the rooms were hot, despite a fan being provided. "The night shift manager was good and check in was smooth. Rooms were also very good and Breakfast too. Did not like the attitude of Morning receptionist and the girl serving the breakfast treat everyone equally All human are same. "
