"We were greeted by a very stoic and unhelpful staff member who let us know that we had to pay $100 fee for having our two small dogs with us. We were unaware of this policy as it was not listed on Expedia so we mentioned being surprised and the concierge ignored us and handed us papers to sign. We were a little put off (as we would have gone to another hotel if we had known) but then the room was SO cold and for some reason we couldn't turn the heat up more than 70. There wasn't a real comforter...

"I was on the 2nd floor and a large group of teenagers partied in the hallway. Smelled like canibus and the fire alarm went off all night… cops showed up at 10pm to investigate a possible armed robbery. No rest and no thanks!"

"This “hotel” had so much potential, which honestly made the experience more disappointing. It’s described as a boutique hotel, but in reality it’s more of a refurbished motel with a separate building for the restaurant, lounge, and “front desk.” While the photos make it look charming and thoughtfully designed, in person it felt worn and had an overpowering scent that seemed intentionally pumped into the space. Check-in and check-out were also odd—I only saw someone once, and no one was around...

"The bedding was Nelly and not clean. It was also put backwards. N ok WiFi, TV didn’t work couldn’t see any other channels. Carpet is so dirty that it left black marks on my feet. Smell of the hallway was distinct also the second night there was a huge group and they were very noisy at 11:29 till 12 am. And in the morning the were noisy again waking each others. Overall I don’t think I’ll choose Marriott again."
