"Everything was fine, just keep in mind you are paying for convenience. The rooms are tiny, we didn’t have hot water, and the tv was mostly just static. BUT the employees were super kind and helpful, the room was clean, the free breakfast was decent, and the bar made a pretty good pina colada. So no major complaints, just keep your expectations in check."

The dryers for your laundry did not work. I spent $10 plus for one dryer and still had to go home with damp clothes. The manager was argumentative with me and didn’t hold accountability when I told him they weren’t working properly. Room service was okay.
